It must be love...

While the most exciting seasons have ended at Disneyland Paris (Halloween, Christmas and New Years) it may seem that we have no seasonal events to look forward to at this time of the year.

However, do not get too disappointed as on a blog post from the wonderful Character Central blog, it reveals from inside sources some special Valentines Day surprises that may be in store for visitors.

Even though last year there wasn't too much celebrations for this day, it seems this year DLP have stepped up this celebration!

This is probably to be in competition with the 'Limited Time Magic' Valentine events in the US Disney parks.

Please note these may not be official, so we'll have to wait and see if these happen in the next month at Disneyland Paris!

"Be My Valentine" will run just for the day of the 14th of February.

There will be some sort of cavalcade/pre-parade. It might run a couple of times that day.

Marie and Duffy will be in Town Square. Duffy might have a new outfit exclusively for Valentines Day. This will be the first time he will ever have one at any Disney Park!

Various, rare and interesting Disney "couples" will appear all over the park. These romantic couples will greet fans throughout the day, and will be ones that cannot normally be found.

Duffy and Marie will have set times throughout the day, but the other characters are more of a "pop up surprise", with no set (or at least released) schedule.

Character Central will be there Tweeting live from the park that day, so follow them on twitter here.

So what do you think of these special events for Valentines day? Will this bring more customers to the parks to have a romantic break away in the magic of Disney and Paris?

Let me know what you think in the comments below!

Thanks for reading!

Left or right?

If you follow The Curious Labyrinth on Twitter (@The_CuriousLab) you will know that we've just about reached 200 followers! That's is an exceptionally great achievement, and I feel very warm and humble inside to have all you lovely people following me!

To celebrate this, I wanted to go back to the very first post on The Curious Labyrinth before we changed platforms and unfortunately the post was deleted! Now we're back on blogger I thought I would re-write the post!

The topic was about which way do you go when you visit Disneyland Paris?

Once you've checked into your hotel etc and decided to go into the parks you make a dramatic stop where the decision has to be made! Left for Walt Disney studios? Or right for Disneyland park?

For me, I always go to Walt Disney studios first! I actually have no real reason, but maybe it's because I love the magic of Disneyland Park and want to save the excitement? I also feel that the studios have more thrilling attractions, I always love going on Crush's coaster (despite the long wait) plus watching Animagique and Cinémagique and of course the Tower of Terror!

However, I've always wondered if I should go to Disneyland Park first? After all, I always miss the castle and strolling down Main Street to kick off my exciting visit. You might even be in time to see the parade, or there might even be a meet n greet!

So which way do you go! Left or right? Let me know in the comments below!

Once again I would like to thank you for all of your support! Don't forget to hit the follow button on the left to continue your support! Thank you

Disneyland Paris 2012 Overview

2012 has been an amazing year for Disneyland Paris as it celebrated it's 20th Anniversary! 20 years of magical memories that people across the world will remember or a very long time.

The 20th Anniversary celebrations included a brand new night-time show full of colour, water and lights! Disney Dreams! premiered with an exclusive live stream online, it is definitely a breakthrough in the hitory of DLP shows and parades.

One thing all of us DLP fans was merchandise available in the UK, and our dreams came true as Disney Store in the UK started stocking Disneyland Paris 20th merchandise including toys, snow globes and Vinylmations!

Also this year, a brand new shop opened at the entrance of Disney Village: World of Disney store!
Even though it sells the same merchandise as other boutiques in the parks and village, it still looks very fitting and brings a new look to the Village.
